Yes because if Sadaka had not stood his ground, then the slums acts would have not happened. Again this is confirmed by the events of 2013 & 2017 where nobody was killed in the slums by people. Killings in slums was done by #Jubilee.
Wacha Uwongo... i can name more than 10 people, who perished in the slums in the 2007 skirmishes. The most painful is that of a man we used to call Mrefu. Mrefu was down with malaria, and he thought, well, since he had lived mtaani long, nothing would happen to him. He was burned alive in his house.Malaria had made him incapable of escaping. RAO and Noble cannot be mentioned in the same sentence
