Wakenya huwa wa sick ama? Can u believe that guys are queueing to pay and they are being issued wiith manual receipts....yet the complain queue is soo looooong...
why cant they see they will in the complains queue kesho

@suwan agreed; this last-minute behaviour of us Kenyans is concerning. Perhaps it can only be cured by technology.
I hear that you can pay using Zain or at a post-office and it reflects after 1/2 hours.

@Muganda paying is not even a problem...the payment queue is moving very fast...but connection is an issue...most of the complains are that people have not beeen connected yet they paid like two days ago....
Others fall in my class where we got disconnected this week

Anywei we nee a serious competitor coz I think they can not handle the demand....I was actually ther and told them I wont go away until someone at home confirms that the signal is back....
Their systems suddenly went down and they couldnt do nuthing, so I gave up after waiting for 45 mins...

GTV should have made a glad comeback at this tyme...but still we need competition....

At least I was finally reconnected on Sato...but they will have to compensate me for the two days I was off air...
Anywei, I cant wait for a competitor...it will be soo great
