I already disposed the Syokimau plot. Sold it and bought 6 acres in Kitengela.

Hi Luttz... That's a tidy purchase- congrats! How much was your cost per acre for the 6acres? I keep seeing scary prices for Kitengela on the net! Is it overvalued?
