my email address is suwanco@gmail.com. While at it my account number is 35799517, ask him/her to have it reconnected...subscription was paid on 21/05/2010, expected date of disconnection 21/062010, unless they are doing half a month these days.
It was disconnected either jana ama the day before, since the day before I did not watch TV, I did not notice till jana

Thanx for help...meanwhile keep updating me on what is happening

I spoke to her, the systems are down since morning 7am. ...they are all centralised so even their other branches are down....please cheque your email, she requires more details....pole sana

@Suwan - Pole sana.
It's 1.11 pm and still no connection.Instead of going to their office i'd suggest you look for a place where you can watch the opening ceremony.I'm sure you won't be connected by 2.00pm.

sorry guys...no malice intended I meant KBC not KCB...I just have been soo mad and disappointed with multichoice...I have given up on all I just have to go to a club and watch the game from there..there has been no opening concerts for me....

I thought it is kina KBC which needed back up..how wrong ...I should have installed my arial as back up for DSTV

@pastom ...I had paid by 21/05/2010.....so even if you pay the DSTV...adjust your arial as back up since I hope u wont imagine it is a guarantee that you will be on through out

I went to watch the south African match in the bar and got hi and didnt watch the France match.

Nimeamkia DSTV leo just for me to get there and they tell me that my account is showing no payment, worse still when they take the receipt the systems went down and stayed down until I have given up and left after one and half hours.

I need to watch the games from the house and not on KCB/K24/kiss/classic...ps help if you know anyone
