Anglo leasing according to some is a jubilee scandal, they have no qualms about the fact that the payments did not start with this particular government.
Anglo leasing is a bad debt we must pay whether we like it or not, jubilee or not.

Part of the Eurobond was to retire this facility, the Eurobond delayed we 'had' to pay the Anglo leasing money 1st......and this led to the 1.2B penalty!!!
