The first threshold to cross is 75%. [Seaboard & Victus might be in a position to start the delisting process but do you want to remain a minority in a delisted entity in which your friends the Ndegwas control 50%+1? These are the same people who sold shitty Ennsvalley to Unga at a crazy high price. I do not think EV makes a profit.]
The second threshold to cross is 90%. [Seaboard can force you to accept their 40/- per share. End of story.]
