Seen some done by black dudes... Camera is key! And asking questions like "Am I being detained?", "I am free to go?" - answering questions asked with the statement "I will not answer your question - you are free to ask them." the cops seem to know these constitution types walking around with cameras. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

Just answer their questions and be on your way especially if you know you were on the wrong. You have rights yes, but the cops know more laws and how to make them fit that situation.

I have seen that in some videos - apparently that state law is actually in contravention of a supreme court ruling - some of these guys are willing to pick up a citation for that and take it to court. P.s. State law can fall behind - for example the Alabama constitution still has this Quote: Duty of legislature to establish and maintain public school system; apportionment of public school fund; separate schools for white and colored children. 64 years after a supreme court ruling on the same.
