I would like to take a USD loan for the first time
Which banks have the best rates? i cannot get that information on the cost of credit website

If it is a personal loan, Standard Chartered usually have the most competitive. Try use the cost of credit site (not sure they compare USD loans) http://www.cost-of-credit.com/
