I sent 4 equal amounts three days ago and only got tokens for oneSad a day later. What does an aggrieved party do in such instances?

Standing charges had already been paid and therefore their explanation about bla blah the high the amount is total rubbish and does not hold. One day the effing thieves will find themselves in jail......and where is COFEK while we are being screwed??Sad Sad

You moved to the next tariff band, above 50units of power the per unit rate goes up drastically

Kenya Power has the crappiest most frequently maintained IT system...like what is it that they improve in all the numerous maintenance?. It is not like they keep changing engine oil after every x hours of running.
