Let me find the link to that thread. What you have said doesnt mean he said the project would fail. He was trying to protect his investment and status. Like I mentioned earlier, Reside Properties Limited has other completed projects namely : Tiara Court Embakasi:1 & 2 bedroom apartments for rentals =45 units & Tiara Court Riruta : 1&2 bedroom apartment for rentals=65 units. These rentals have already been occupied by tenants. Tiara Ruaka is our 3rd project set to have 42 units. This is our first project for sale.
