It is however subject to recurrent capital calls as well as expiry of a lock in period. Qtn is does one wait for crystallisation of those two events, which are certain, prior to diving in. I believe those 2 reasons are the cause for the depressed share price.

I doubt this will happen anytime soon...they will go for either two

1. Units swap with property owners
2. Debt
