The workers run away from Britam to just a new as Cytonn. Who crowned them and sponsored them as they almost brought down a company they worked for? How did they get all that they have now they are stopping at nothing to come up with big ideas who i can't tell is funding them. Was Cytonn cleverly born by a multi billionaire who wanted to invest in Kenya but remains faceless as was Safaricom? I watched the proposed Cytonn Towers and if successful could change Nairobi I am still trying to unearth the faceless Arab, the American, European or African behind this massive business https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kmtynV6Too

Realtreaty. Cytonn shareholders are many including myself. You can get a full shareholders list from their offices. But their muscle is mainly from Taaleri, a Finnish firm listed on the Nasdaq

Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle

Cytonn towers are 3 towers. They just launched the residential towers first. Haven’t launched the others yet. Anyone can buy a unit or 2.

Lack of recognition and growth by Company leaders and owners is one thing killing careers and bringing down firms. Cytonn directors were managers at Britam and found their input was being neglected by either proper pay and /or partnering and so threatened to kill the mother country by exiting it and forming a new in. The world is about competition and to be wary of it you have to grow and nature your staff.

Such people should be heavily penalized by the court an amount equivalent to delayed expenses. Some of these people are used by outsiders to delay Kenyan development by getting tipped to create such nuisance It is time Kenyan courts did their work and issue heavy penalties to pretenders.

I took a walk/drive around Nairobi and have to admit things are changing so fast in the real estate the old low rise nairobi will eventually fade away. The old model of single dwelling houses does not seem to appeal to younger nairobians. They want flats and apartments and car-centric city. I don't think the water, roads, sewer infrastructure in kili and lavi can accommodate all that additional highrises.
