Can someone explain to to me how Centum declares/generates profits? It seems that the company's profits vary from year to year, and it doesn't seem to have a lot of cash at hand. From past company reports, all that is emphasized is NAV growth, which is cool, but doesn't really shed light on internal operations (for example, EAPC probably has a NAV that's higher than the current share price, but it isn't a really good company).
There's also no guarantee that dividends will continue being issued to shareholders.
It seems like a good company, but as Warren Buffet said, don't invest in things you don't understand.
