If you have the time in Kenya walk into KNH, in Ghana Korle-bu teaching hospital, in Nigeria LUTH, see what patients are passing through with various ailments. This will give you many reasons to thank and appreciate God that at least you are healthy. When you are 50 and below your body can endure and cope with anything but without deliberate life style adjustments unfortunately anything not so pleasant can happen in future. We have to start early to guard against it.
