I have found out tweaking the modem settings improves on the realised speeds.
For starters I changed the channel frequency ...

When buying the device they told me they are offering a speed of 10Mbps. I'm amazed to get 20Mbps download speed & 22Mbps upload speed infact I'm happy coz am getting double speed most of the time.

Speedwise I am really disappointed. I generally get around 100-150 kbps on full signal. So disappointing

From my experience.. Along Thika Rd. all the way from Membley bypass to Town the minimum speed i'v experienced is 4Mbps with only one bar of faiba 4G network reception which is still faster than my Airtel 3G at full network.. you can try changing the channel or update its firmware ikikataa give them a call coz for sure 100kbps is disappointing

Along Thika Road, specifically Kahawa area and Bypass. With one bar I normally do like 80KBs. Then on a good day, I go to the building rooftop where I get a measly 300KBs with full bars

Yesterday I could go past 0.2Mbps. Couldnt even open websites. Called Custmer care and was told there was a network issue. Glad to see it got sorted. Will check in the evening
