It's healthy to discuss the proposed Constitution exhaustively.
Some of the areas to interogate include but not limited to;
Land and economyWhen, not if, the proposed constitution is passed, and they start reviewing how certain pieces of land were acquired, what insulation is there to ensure that the economy doesn’t crumble given that some of the land in question has passed on to third or so owner, and/or cases where a Title is held as collateral.
Hypocrisy on abortionEarlier Muslims and Christians were agreed that the constitution needed to expressly and unequivocally outlaw abortion.
However when the agitation against Kadhi courts grew, and especially so as pushed by Christians, Muslims abandoned all else and focused on the Kadhi courts matter.
Turn coats.
