He said maji itakwisha in less than 5 years coz people have not thought of what to do with cape towns growing population. It's really sad that something that people were discussing in 2013 came to be. I actually detected some racial undertone in his messaging but really our people need to style up (regardless of whether Cape Town is under DA or ANC)
