Hello, Which asset finance company in Kenya would you recommend? Would also like to know whether any member of Wazua has dealt with Maximum logistics limited (Next to Kcb Ngara) to finance motor vehicles from General motors or Simba Colt. Precise, verified and certified details.

@mawinder, if one wants to start a small scale asset finance company/credit lending for wanjiku(max capital outlay 2M), what will be the requirements in terms of registration? Do I need to go to CBK? ama my certificate of incorporation and KRA registration is sufficient? If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

I actually doubt it would be regulated by CBK as no deposit is being taken..Synergy even offer loans of as much as Shs.500m and are not licensed by CBK
