Processed meat cured with nitrites such as sausages, hotdogs, bacon, canned beef, ham etc are really bad. They contributes adversely to many healthy problems such as cancer and brain tumour. Read more here

@kabush i understand these days sausage fillings are made from wheat flour(or wheat floor is an ingredient)
