The difference between a surgeon and a Nurse. A surgeon is called in to deal with specific problem like cut out a tumour while a nurse is tasked with managing the patient to full health.

Mugo is the corporate surgeon called in to implement a change in strategy at Pan African Life/ Gateway. Now his work is done and a Nurse can take over to manage Sanlam according to the institutional ethos set during the transformation.
