I gave up after hunger beat me 10 nil,but I consulted a nutritionist who told me it takes about 7-10 days for the body to clear the digestion system, so don't expect the solids to disappear in a day or two, I was doing water, tea, mango juice and chewing sugarcane etc but passing a half kilo each morning.
I feel good my tummy was hard but now it's soft, it's actually flat when am sleeping on my back.

so kwa ufupi... ukiambia mtu
hujamtusi... unless amemaliza 10 days on that diet of yours.

I have never struggled with reducing weight more like maintaining a certain number of KGs.
However i have been hospitalized twice for those conditions that leave your appetite intact, the most recent one taught me something about weight, of course fearing i will add weight while in hospital, i opted for the small and medium portions of food at Nairobi Hospital. They would serve Breakfast at about 8-9am, i opted for cereals, an egg or a sausage, not both, no bread, oat or wimbi porridge, then yorghurt, lunch will be at 12-1pm i would opt for a vegetarian soup, portion of cabs like mashed potatoes some protein say fish or chicken and some fruit salad and a similar portion for supper, in between they would serve fresh juice or tea, i always opted for juice.
I love the java pork chops and i have always finished the whole portion plus the spicy chips and salad and a large juice, now i have to wear a medical corset, meaning my stomach is tied and much as it is uncomfortable, i cannot finish my favorite meal at java, been there once a week in the last three weeks and i have had to carry half of the food and went for the regular size juice.

In those three weeks the same thing happened even at home and i cannot finish my normal portions of food, i have lost three KGs which am not happy about but i guess if you reduced the portions that you eat you might be lucky, eat frequently but in small portions or get a corset, they have one for men too.

My advice, don't touch processed cereals, sausages, chips, processed juices nor fried chops(or fried anything) with whatever size of pole you have!Pray

Go to the dentist and tell him to replace all your teeth will stainless steel ones but with a white enamel, possibly even both jaws also the knees can be replaced with metallic ones which should also help in close combat situations. That should gain you about 25kgs. If you still turn out underweight, just move to planet Jupiter where the gravity is crazy and you will weigh like a Boeing 747.

Please please stop calling somethings things that do not exist.

There's nothing like struggling with weight loss.

You are fat.

There's nothing like being fat as being a disease

You are just fat.

There's nothing like trying to make the rest of the world sad about your fatness.

You are a lazy fat person.

Biology is very simple. If you take more than you consume, you grow fat. That's one of the reasons we have rich people. They save more than they consume. So they hold more money than the rest of us.

If you eat more than you need, your body shall store the excess in form of bulges. That's not a bad thing either.

In times of drought, when the skinny people are dying of hunger, you are able to survive longer as you wait for the rain. Unless the skinny people gang up and eat your fat.

I believe and know for a fact that the fat industry is the biggest con game in the world.

If you really don't like how your body looks. Stop eating. Eat less. Eating carrots and lettuce shall not make you skinnier. The math is simple

Excess energy = fat

Eat less. No need to work out. No need to skip meals.

Why is it that the men in Nyeri are godammed skinny but their mama's have heavy heavy hands. Simple. The Nyeri man is denied food because he did not perform and was drinking kumi kumi. The wife he left at home was busy cooking and eating githeri and hiding it from the man when he comes home.

Stop lying to people. And especially to yourself.

You are fat...or shall we use the politically correct words. You have excess weight. Because you are lazier than the food you eat.

Reduce your eating!!!!!!!

After ‘The Biggest Loser,’ Their Bodies Fought to Regain Weight

Quote:
Danny Cahill stood, slightly dazed, in a blizzard of confetti as the audience screamed and his family ran on stage. He had won Season 8 of NBC’s reality television show “The Biggest Loser,” shedding more weight than anyone ever had on the program — an astonishing 239 pounds in seven months.

When he got on the scale for all to see that evening, Dec. 8, 2009, he weighed just 191 pounds, down from 430. Dressed in a T-shirt and knee-length shorts, he was lean, athletic and as handsome as a model.

“I’ve got my life back,” he declared. “I mean, I feel like a million bucks.”

Mr. Cahill left the show’s stage in Hollywood and flew directly to New York to start a triumphal tour of the talk shows, chatting with Jay Leno, Regis Philbin and Joy Behar. As he heard from fans all over the world, his elation knew no bounds.

But in the years since, more than 100 pounds have crept back onto his 5-foot-11 frame despite his best efforts. In fact, most of that season’s 16 contestants have regained much if not all the weight they lost so arduously. Some are even heavier now.

Yet their experiences, while a bitter personal disappointment, have been a gift to science. A study of Season 8’s contestants has yielded surprising new discoveries about the physiology of obesity that help explain why so many people struggle unsuccessfully to keep off the weight they lose.

Kevin Hall, a scientist at a federal research center who admits to a weakness for reality TV, had the idea to follow the “Biggest Loser” contestants for six years after that victorious night. The project was the first to measure what happened to people over as long as six years after they had lost large amounts of weight with intensive dieting and exercise.

.........

It has to do with resting metabolism, which determines how many calories a person burns when at rest. When the show began, the contestants, though hugely overweight, had normal metabolisms for their size, meaning they were burning a normal number of calories for people of their weight. When it ended, their metabolisms had slowed radically and their bodies were not burning enough calories to maintain their thinner sizes.

Researchers knew that just about anyone who deliberately loses weight — even if they start at a normal weight or even underweight — will have a slower metabolism when the diet ends. So they were not surprised to see that “The Biggest Loser” contestants had slow metabolisms when the show ended.

What shocked the researchers was what happened next: As the years went by and the numbers on the scale climbed, the contestants’ metabolisms did not recover. They became even slower, and the pounds kept piling on. It was as if their bodies were intensifying their effort to pull the contestants back to their original weight.
