Mumias but just....Hell!!Who penned that PPA for them?...I swear,they are being screwed from the front by KPLC.

Kwani, u read the PPA? Where is a copy? Please post a link or send it to us...

What PPA? I thot Mumias was already PRIVATE so unless Mumias entered into a PPA as the private party... then who is the PUBLIC firm?
