Does anybody know where to report a registrar who is not sending dividend cheques and is not co-operative?

I think they bank the monies for a few days to earn interest at our expense then relay after making their mint (with plenty of excuses to boot). CMA and NSE as well as CBK really need to investigate this company.

I wonder why any listed company trusts them with their dividend processing yet they have so many complaints from ordinary shareholders about late payments. Worse still, I wonder what happens to the dividends of those who do not bother to follow up with them. Those monies probably disappear forever.
