Nothing can be further from the truth,at least from my experience the only email I get from them is a reminder that I need to pay for subscription b4 expiry which is system generated.Sometimes I get to think this an alien website/app!

I run it in the background and refresh it every so often so perhaps my (Kenyan Standard Time) "fast" is "slow" for you!
They should avoid "downtime" but I get an e-mail or see at the top of the page when the NSE feed is down. That said, they should offer a "refund" or extension!
