Kcb is citi's 2018 one of frontier markets pick

Citi's top 5 frontier Market stocks for 2018;
1. KCB Group (Kenya)
2. BGEO Group (Georgia)
3. Humansoft (Kuwait)
4. IDH (Egypt)
5. MHP (Ukraine)

Didn't Citi also say KQ was a BUY during the 2012 Rights Issue?
It's not fair to pick on just a failure [vs the overall performance] but aren't there listed banks with better potential than KCB?

@vvs which is better than KCB,
Saf? Coop?

KCB will be home to some of the funds flowing from reopened SBM-Chase bank

Listed banks? I prefer I&M, NIC and Equity over KCB over a 5-year period.

That's true,Dande should have held on for a bit.
Since the year began there has been no activity on NIC while KCB has been doing well.

Problem with NIC is iliquidity. It just doesn't move with the market to realize value quickly enough.
