good people, i am currently in the following situation;

on one hand i have access to a number of small scale jewelers in the UK who are ready to buy uncut gemstones, on the other hand i have access to to artisan miners in various parts of TZ who are ready to supply the gemstones mainly tanzanite, rubies, tsavorite and sapphire.

I want to set up a company here that that will legally import the gemstones into Kenya from TZ then export them to the UK, any wazuan who has done or does something like this or any one who has access to information about this kind of trade please share in terms of company set up procedure, licences/Registration and regulating authorities.
