The Egyptian pyramids remain to be a mystery up to date. No one knows how they were designed or built. With the current technology, nobody can build the pyramids as they are today. Several questions remain unanswered:
1. The biggest pyramid was built using about 170 million kilograms of stone. Near the pyramids, there was no stones. So the stones were transported from far off places to Giza. How did they transport such huge boulders with an average weight of 1500 kilos?
2. According to some accounts, the people who built the pyramids for the pharaoh were blacks. Egypt was occupied by black Africans about 4-5000 years ago.
3. How long did it take the pyramids to be built? some accounts state that with 5000 strong men working 12 hours a day non stop, it could have taken them more than 50 years to build the biggest pyramid.
4. What technologies did they use in stacking the stones upto heights of about 500 feet high?
5. The most suprising part of the pyramids is that they have mathematical and solar and lunar connotations. For instance, the pyramid is the only man made structure that points to the True North at the tip, with an error of less than 0.01 of a millimeter. A lot of mathematical formulas point out that the pyramids were not just constructed without due consideration. In fact, there is a relationship between the base area of the pyramid with the diameter and circumference of the earth.
6. The question now is, and scientists havent been able to answer, who, when and how were the pyramids of Gaza built? This is teh only thing that has never been demystified.
7. There is a theory by some conspirasists that there is a generation of great civilization that mysteriously disappeared from earth without any trace. The guys believe that, there is a very big gap on how the Egyptian story unfolds and how people who are percived to have been very primitive conceived and actualized the idea of building the worlds greatest wonder of the world.
