Wow! At its current price, the stock is trading at a humongous premium. With cement consumption headed for its first year of contraction after a multi-year bull, this sector is in rough waters. The main purpose of the stock market is to make fools of as many people as possible.

Terrible results... going to get worse 1. Rate cap...will hit lending to real estate 2. Going forward I expect GoK to start consolidating and go slow on infrastructure because of rising debt 3. Some players are still increasing capacity in a shrinking industry.... price wars will further cut margins

EAPCC died years ago but it has lots of land and concessions [Athi River is now part of Greater Nairobi]. Bamburi owns 46% of EAPCC. ARM needs to consolidate. The TZ operations are suffering. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett
