hi

I am interested in getting a plot at hard rock estate. Anyone who knows about it ? anyone who can provide some reviews, will be appreciated very much. The project is on Kenyatta road and a quarter is going for sh 8M

I have interest in another parcel a few kms from hard rock and this is what i have for you about hard rock
1. Police post very close
2. Presidential escort base close by (not 100% verified)
3. Road just tarmacked-its nyweee
4. The road has road lights (its not a street so not street lights)
5. A new resort close by (The New Rain) chips ni mia tano
6. Ease of access out and into Thika road (not like the jams experienced at Juja overpass)
7. Very controlled 100by100 plots

so go for it 100% and call us for house warming mbuzi

They are a reputable company. I have bought one already (Juja). My pal bought the Muthaiga ones a while back as well. They deliver what they say.
