Looking to buy cheap land for about Ksh.10,000/acre. For future development or farming. Anyone know where i could get land at that price?

I know a place where it's sold at 30K. But I'm not telling.

Word of advice: make friends with people from "marginalised" communities.

Land? Only conmen can sell at that price and they are a legion. There are some always hovering outside Thika Post Office if you need any leads.

I see I am not the only El cheapo in this humble forum.
My friend, unless you want an underwater plot in Lake Chala, hiyo price haiwesekani. Cheapest you can get right now is 35k per acre Ilkusumeti but be prepared to visit your acres with a chopper and armed guards as those places si mchezo. No infrastructure, land conflict etc etc..
