Does he go back to his practice?
Can he afford to live without the security he and his family are enjoying now?
Will he create more enemies by resigning?
It's not an easy decision....

For those with short memories, the letter was purpotedly written by 5 commisioners denouncing their chairman. Two of those commisioners would later denounce the letter denouncing the chairman.
Isn't this the same commision where 9,000 transactions were done using a password created in the chairman's name behind his back ? And isn't it the same place where the chairman attempted to fure the head of ICT and his thuggish assistants only for Chirobber to tell them to stay put.
WSR wasn't mincing his words when he said Chiloba has to oversee the election "mpende msipende".
WAY FORWARD
1. Sign the election ammendment bill into law. 2. Alternatively appoint Pauline Njoroge to replace Akombe. 3. If Chebukati resigns, Wahome Thuku can replace him. 4. Lets have Uhuru's birthday party on 26th. 5. Thereafter appoint Chiloba to cabinet because nobody outside jubilee can ever hire him.
Toa propaganda wazua. We already know what the 9000 "transactions" were all about. As someone asks, where will Chebu run to? "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. The problem is you hope when you should fear & fear when you should hope: - Jesse Livermore .

KulaRaha wrote:Why hasn't Uhuru signed the bill? Very strange... This could be tactical! Uhuru has 14 days within which to append signature. These are yet to lapse. If signed now, there will be an avalanche of court cases and noises from many quarters....remember the statement by the diplomats cautioning on the timing of changing electoral laws? The wise thing therefore would be to wait till the eve of election and kuweka hiyo kidole…by then no time for running like headless chicken by the so called smart NASWA lawyers

I guess she found it worthy news to have a thread on its own.Take no offence. Itt happened to me when Msando body was found. She madevitt looķ like I was celebrating the news and breaking it here in this Republic.I was quite stressed especially with Sheik Alphadoti misreading my intentions. Admin(the he-admin Mussebbo) should be the starter of such threads. He should inform us that he's had to split because of abcd to avoid such issues

Quote:When I look at the results of the 8th of August Elections - they pretty much reflect the will of the Kenyan people. Were there mistakes that were done in handling the supreme court orders? ABSOLUTELY YES! and that is why I have been attacked on many occasions while saying that, if you have secretariat staff responsible for the implementation of the supreme court orders - you needed to take action on those staff that did not comply! who made us lose billions of shillings. they screwed the pooch in IMPLEMENTING COURT ORDERS and playing games. of course if you fired them for NOT IMPLEMENTING COURT ORDERS the spin would be that you fired them because THEY STOLE THE ELECTION. in Kenyans heads people get fired for 'stealing'. Ask any kenyan why the supreme court nullified the election... the answer? 'WALIIIBA' (sigh) All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

IEBC commissioners should be given to politicians, I think they are the only ones who can comfortably do that job, imagine if we had nanok as the chair, oparanya hapo, Lonyang’apuo ... even the sc would think twice before nullifying an election.

She was interviewed by an international media yesterday and when she was told that half of the country says she was partisan and the mole in the commission, she became emotional and started crying. I think part of her regrets her decision "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. The problem is you hope when you should fear & fear when you should hope: - Jesse Livermore .

I think part of her regrets her decision it's a hot seat!! I always wondered about the sanity of people who were applying... not everyone is cut out for that! utatukanwa... utathreateniwa... high stakes! Let's face it... there is no "right" or "wrong" in this world... it's "what works" that's important... the universe doesn't give 2 f*cks if you are right... She left a high paying jobo to come and make things right... now she is looking back and thinking... this is now what I signed up for! And NASA have been successful in their attempts to speak with one mouth something (idealistic), spin a narrative easy enough for people to grasp and use their henchmen to piga cities ngeta to cause uncertainity!! They have spun everything to be "iliibiwa"... simple repeatable narratives for wananchi wa kawaida... idealist jargon for lawyers on TV to make Jubilee look like patsies and thugs to raid the streets and drag things down. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

AKOMBE: I am speaking out because I am hoping that there are some sober heads - sorry to be emotional - that there are some people who will take this up and redeem that country before it goes down the drain.
PERALTA: She gets emotional, and we end our interview.
Transcript plus the actual interviewfunny she calls kenya that country
