I think the bears are having a difficult time bringing down this one.We will see how the trend goes going forward.

Suburbia housing project is not exciting news anymore. These suburbs are not economically dense they are more dormitories for Nairobi city workers. The commute is a nightmare. Suburbia is boring there is no urban experience like the one you would find in the innercity. I wish they were doing a housing project somewhere like Ngara or pangani or jogoo road.
