Driving Licence Renewal After 7 Years

I haven't renewed my DL since 2010 coz I have been out of the country. I'm now back and want to renew it. Do I have to pay for all the 7 years that it has been inactive or how should I go about it? I have confirmed on the NTSA online portal that it's still valid and reflects on their systems.

No arrears for DL. Just pay 650/- annual fee or 1400 /- for three years and you will be good.
