I have a facility along Kangundo-Nairobi road 3kms from Tala Market. I am looking for partners with whom we can run it as a hospital or a home for the elderly (expertise in this field will be needed).
The property sits on 1 acre, right on the tarmack ,has 12 self contained rooms (with possible upward extension),3 bangalows each with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and living room and 2 meeting rooms and enough parking space.
