It was a legal requirement for IEBC to announce results backed by form 34A at the time of tallying and it is very apparent that IEBC did not meet this threshold, this alone invalidates the whole election process, it will not be a walk in the park

tuanzie hapa... Who is the 'supreme' in this matter? it's Wanjiku, Athiambo, Fatuma, Nafula e.t.c. I.e. the Mwananchi!! What are elections? and why is election day special?

Quote:
Election Day is the one day when we strive to give an equal voice to every eligible voter! It’s the day that the woman working in the market has as much of a say as any wealthy banker or CEO. It’s the day that the illiterate have a voice that speaks as eloquently as that of a university professor.

that's what makes election day special... it facilatates this voice being heard... the law recognizes this by stating that

Quote:

No election shall be declared to be void by reason of non-compliance with any written law relating to that election if it appears that the election was conducted in accordance with the principles laid down in the Constitution and in that written law or that the non-compliance did not affect the result of the election.

That is the law... no one is saying that a certain legal requirement was not met... or that something else was not done properly! that there were no clerical errors... the bigger question is DID IT'S (that thing you are pointing at as being faulty) NOT BEING 'MET' AFFECT THE RESULTS OF THE SAID ELECTION? Did for example an RO not signing Form 34B for Likoni AFFECT THE RESULTS i.e. alter the wishes/voice of the people of Likoni? ELECTIONS ARE ALL ABOUT THE PEOPLE!! THE PEOPLE ARE SUPREME!! Was the voice of the woman selling in the market place heard? was the illiterate's voice heard? What we are arguing about is about the mechanics!! If the forms 34As images were not uploaded onto the server immediately after counting (a failure to adhere with the law - yes).... and are produced in court properly signed by all stakeholders and no one argues about the results there in 2007 style... would this result be cancelled?

Dint follow the proceedings, can someone who did please enlighten me on the following:

1) Did Naswa prove that there was systematic plan to rig and that this plan was executed?. If so, a) who planned and executed this plan? b) What was the effect of this rigging on petitioners votes?
2)If by any chance, the 'rigging plan' was executed by IEBC, or in their full knowledge, is the petitioner comfortable with SCORK nullifying the election, and thereby kick start automatic process whereby the 1st defendant will call for and be in charge of fresh elections
3)Did 'reading only' exercise confirm indeed that the servers were hacked? If so, what was the effect of such hacking on the physical Form 34Bs?

Then i will know whether 12 Sep will be a public holiday..

NASA's claim is that since the form 34As and Bs have errors or that some were lacking signatures of presiding and returning officers or that some are lacking security features making it difficult to verify their authenticity then this means the entire process was so badly done that it lacks credibilty, reliability and transparency. Based on this, according to them,it is not possible to justify Uhuru's win

That's the final claim... the last claim.... wamezunguka kutoka
1) Msando's password being used by a hacker on SQL server and installed a 'logarithm' where they the 'hackers'
Quote:
set Auto Update Statistics Async to off for
database option IEBC Presidential 2017 (as highlighted at Page 4). In
doing, this made sure that records sent from the field would not be
reflecting on the system.

and other claims
2) that their server (cloud) server is showing Raila to be ahead
3) to IEBC has data that shows they are winners
4) they asked.. .were are all these results coming from... wapi Form 34A?
5) started showing us "error" in forms where consistently the votes cast were being captured as "rejected votes" and started crying...
6) then after kuketi for a while and telling people not to go to work came out with the CGL claims... vifaranga vya komputa!
7) They said Fungueni server... tutaona nani ameshinda...
8) sasa... some form 34B have no seals, signs, no signatures e.t.c.

Somebody please make a documentary out of these court proceedings. There is very good material here for both educational purposes and entertainment.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Why result to insults when asked for facts. Let me show how to do it:

MDVD read a statement that said they have gotten from an IEBC insider that the server is showing that RAO has 8M votes; UK has 7M votes; and went ahead to demand RAO is declared the President and Kalonzo the Deputy President. Question: FACT or FICTION? Support with facts.
