Courts are very unpredictable so I hope IEBC does not take this lightly. Assemble a competent legal team with solid indisputable evidence.

You do not want a case where the courts find that Baba's 20 votes were stolen and therefore the whole results are not credible and we should repeat the elections.

Kalonzo was there to be seen but not to be heard!

Orengo spoke, Mudavadi spoke, then Raila read the prepared notes.
In the choreographed affair, Orengo had to remind Mudavadi to say a word about the absence of Wetangula and Rutto - interesting attempt at explaining!!

Then as Raila read the statement some persons kept on applauding and ululating even where there was nothing of particular note!!

The forms. But they've said we had bonoko/imposters among the CROs and presiding officers

Ole wako if you take Raila seriously on such.

He says some of those things merely for the gallery.
I doubt that will be the basis of his law suit - otherwise he would make it very easy for the Judges.

2 votes here and there don't matter.it has to be on a large scale. The court has to weigh in on the overall credibility of the polls which all observers have termed as credible.

All IEBC have to do is produce the 290 forms as announced at the constituency. That's the law of the land.

I hope it is the physical 34Bs because that is what the Appeals court ordered but remember that there was a point where Chiloba said as they were waiting for 2 forms that they were calling the Returning Officers for clarification. I am sure that it is possible that there might be a few errors for example that the total on the 34B is not the same as the total of the 34As. You do not have to prove that you won only that the results are not accurate and therefore not credible at which point you throw the decision to the court and we are all at the mercy of what they decide.
