I have some few share of CiC which currently are found on OTC. They are a liitle scarce. Any one who has an idea when company is likely to list on nse?

Have the dividends been paid?

I'd think that since you already have the shares, you should know the answer to the last question! Or at least you know where to ask, other than wazua.

Yes, I should be the 1st to know, but I seem to get my dividends late. Equity, Safcom, Msc all came long after guys had claimed to have cashed theirs.

Kwani you still hold share certificates with the address of your former rural school where the dividends are sent to and your rural neighbour mama njeri sends the same to you by post to your city address? Just curious.

@Mukiha

Are UAP shares alos sold OTC and where would I get them? What % of UAP does Centum hold?
Go overdrive in purchasing the goods when there's blood on the streets, expecially if the blood is your own

You know a company cannot pay dividends until they are passed through the AGM by shareholders. CIC held their AGM the other day on 7th May 2010, and agreed to pay kshs.1.60 per share. I am sure this is still being processed and nobody has received cheques.

In the same AGM there was no mention of listing the company, so if that is in the pipeline probably in 3-5 year from now.
