How often do these guys update the data on their site. I visited the site today and I was shocked. Shares that I bought last month (as per my broker) are not reflected. Shares that my broker confirmed were bought as far back as February are listed as "Pending Buy". Is this normal or a "Nyaga" is being pulled on me. Guys who use the CDSC site, please advice.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

>> I do use CDSC services frequently but can't confirm their inefficiency. However they are efficient in sending reports on any activities in my account for the previous one month. I think their business is not so much about real time updates but notifying on illegal transactions on your account.

I think they do it after a month. I had to ask them after I bought and they did not reflect on the site for a long time. I suggest you check after 2 months or go to their offices and pay 50 bob for a statement if you need it immediately. You could also subscribe for instant sms updates on any activity in your account. This last one is great!

BBI will solve it

I have sold three stocks yesterday and CDSC SMS service shows that I have only sold one even though my broker confirms they all went through.I guess the SMS service is not accurate for multiple transactions coz its not the first time it has happened.
The utimate goal of investing is to buy low sell high;if we re-write this core equation in psychology terms it becomes buy fear sell greed.

I think its an issue of an un-updated website... The statements they send at the end of the month are usually accurate... they should fire their webmaster... Why can't they set it up such that their core system automatically updates the website? What database is the website querying anyway? Ditto the SMS service..

I have a serious issue with CDSC.
I purchased shares earlier this year. Statement for that month, reflects the shares purchased & amounts correctly. The statement for the following month, the balances (for newly bought shares) are not carried forward!

Every time I send an email about this to helpdesk, all they do is diligently send me the statement for the month where the shares are reflecting!

What I need is someone to fix things not to send me an outdated statement!
