What kind of business model is this???

Any arrangement where the person contributing 60% in an investment makes a loss and the one contributing 40% makes a profit is a shitty deal. These Home Africa fellows should be investigated. These deals are very Merali - ish.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I have had a look at the asset base of the firm and even though it is not as clear as I would love it to be, my conclusion is that it is undervalued at the current level.

I have therefore commenced carefully buying into the company. I still expect it to continue dropping but obviously it has to stop somewhere.

Even eveready stopped at 1.40/-. smile Maybe, just a maybe, HomeAfrika will want to out do it, and stop at 0.5/-? It's just a maybe!

I'm done advocating here... I have no idea what more to say!

I guess Eveready and Home Afrika are one and the same crappy companies as many wazuans have indicated here but I'm still buying..

I was shocked to find buy order at 5bob had cleared, it had been sitting there for long!
Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you Pole sana on HAFR. I got burnt by the crooks running Olympia and since then I stay out of firms whose management looks shady!

@vvs told you all! Shady management! Shady deals!!!

@guru267 and fellow shareholders should ask themselves who Seyani Brothers & Co and Patrick Ng'ang'a are. They made a killing when this thing listed.

Exactly what I was raising in another thread....

This company belongs to minority "non controlling interests" who will take home 26M in profits with real owners booking a loss of 18M. Last year non controllers made 60M with owners only getting 20M.

We can comfortably say for last 2 years owners have only made 20M - 18M = 2M in profits. Does it get more bonoko than this?

Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

Indeed I note that, but I am not sure that the management is sound
