What kind of business model is this???Any arrangement where the person contributing 60% in an investment makes a loss and the one contributing 40% makes a profit is a shitty deal. These Home Africa fellows should be investigated. These deals are very Merali - ish. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I got burnt by the crooks running Olympia and since then I stay out of firms whose management looks shady! @vvs told you all! Shady management! Shady deals!!! Never count on making a good sale. @guru267 and fellow shareholders should ask themselves who Seyani Brothers & Co and Patrick Ng'ang'a are. They made a killing when this thing listed. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
