What do you guys do when a fellow man catches feelings? Inategemea. The only feelings you are supposed to mbembeleza are those of your spouse or girlfriend. All others just need your presence and silence. Kama ni Mama or sister you can hold hands or give hugs. Men pengine umpatie tissue ama umshike kwa bega. I am thinking of a case where the feelings are of something serious like death. If it is small time feelings like za kuachwa na dame or wife problems you just offer to buy beer.

What do you guys do when a fellow man catches feelings? All people are always catching feelings, but society has structured certain ways of dealing with such experiences. But humans are now being encouraged to foster emotional intelligence and to participate in creating new realities. Generally, we must learn how to discern fear in all emotions. It's a challenge to self reflection and being.

Emotions are a basic human trait and not reserved for a specific sex, gender or sexual orientation. Individuals with good EQ can better handle interactions where emotions are "dysfunctionally" expressed - whether in business or personal interactions.
