Can Mileage of a Car be back clocked?

If so, kindly provide good mechanic contacts / Garage who can handle the back clocking of a Toyota saloon car of year 2003 professionally. Thanks.

So you are interested in back clocking... hmmm. If you learnt that the car you are about to purchase has been back clocked by 100,000kms would you go ahead and buy it at whatever higher purchase price you were settling for?

Those who replied above kindly understand not everything is done with ill intent purposes. I wish the question would have been,why the need to back clock the said vehicle. Then you can offer your opinions,thanks.

Though again is not my business to explain myself, is either you kindly offer help,or just avoid this thread all together with due respect.

Don't do it, I sold my suzuki with 250k kilometers, the guy who bought it bought it not because of the mileage but because it was well maintained, with all maintenance documents, I didn't claim to have put new wheels, just serviced or those funny claims, if your car is okay sell it genuinely
