equity is trading +9.25%, safcon is struggling not to go below 5.55. Its clear who the investors think will reap maximum benefits from this arrangement

@ jaguar the real winner here is scom...banking is eb mainstream biashara...while scom has just added banking to its telecom business....u cant mj n scom...

Kudos to Equity/Safcon to the innovation

Just wonder why my sacco, Mhasibu sacco does not provide for Mpesa payment of loans and monthly deposits.Anyone working with Mhasibu sacco here?

One thing , I love Zimele asset Managers cos anytime I have some money in my mpesa account , I Just Mpesa atleast 250/= to my account at my own convinience as a saving.Now equity has introduced the same forum , I'm very elated .

Scom is not a bank so it cannot earn interest on the loans given in MKesho - the loan amounts may be small Kshs 100 to Kshs 5000/= but interest thereon is yet another revenue stream for EB. I am not sure how Scom benefits save for locking in customers even further.
