Those talking about 'social intergration' need to be reminded that they aren't talking about 'immigrants' or so called 'aliens' coming to beg for your mercy.

These are natural citizens who're being denied their rights!

Talk about social intergration is prejudicial, and a very undesguised attempt at sugar coating oppression.

You know what, if you won't think outside the box give us viable solutions, very well then let's allow that Hessy guy to continue with his work as he knows best. It's the policy of the clowns you put in office and you will surely deliver the next set of clowns in August with the same misguided policies of concentrating poverty in Eastlando. Hamuwezi saidika!!Sad Sad

Uhuru, "I will sign death orders for criminals henceforth" at Miritini, I agree, it is the LAW, Moi hanged Ochuka then stopped, Kibaki let those sentenced to death to continue staying and even escaping from prison against the law. Uhuru will follow the law.

People are still trying to defend thugs here. Shoot them all and rid our society of this menace. Very soon Kayole will be a safe place courtesy of this hessy guy. We need more and more hessys so that we can walk and drive in Nairobi in peace. Fagia wote.

A few of my employees live in Kayole and saika. One girl, a waitress has a friend that was robbed at gunpoint by that ady vibes girl and her gang in Kayole. She was telling us that the girl was actually in remand from like January and was somehow released in April and picked up from where she had left off, terrorizing residents and maybe even killing a few.

Did you guys want her to be rearrested again and then be released on bail after two months to come back again and put guns on people's heads for their phones?

Wacheni ufala.

Yes. Some individuals want to be known more for their opposition to government than their support for the society.

Kuongelesha vijana hawataki.

Kukanya vijana wanapinga.

They just want to oppose. I support all and any efforts to talk to, warn, advice, rehabilitate vijana. As for those vijana who refuse all such efforts ......

@Mtu biz.

To give solutions, we must first define the problem. And to get a precise and clear defunition, I've had to scour around into the political consciousness of young people who can understand 'Hessy'.

One respondent answered me on what he made of 'Hessy'. 'Ask yourself, can this happen in the US or even SA? ... the police are now the goons, revealing operations and continuing investigations, and even, colluding with thugs'. This respondent went on to detail the difficulties of joining the 'Hessy' groups, and some of the leaked stories about the groups.

In the course of conversation, another remarked; 'tuko unstable, kama elements za periodic table'.

Then 'anarchy' popped up from the group. My work was only to add, 'sindio!'

I was reminded in our conversation, that some of these policemen, and even women, are even former street kids and thugs who instead of finding shelter and love, reform and sincere public service; their old techniques are instead extolled and relied upon. 'Gang and counter gang' style.

Yesterday I heard from similar young men and women from a different location. And even there I found the young people, talking about how this 'Hessy' business is a threat to basic human rights and may in fact, be engineered to certain effects that may not be in the interest of freedom, or happiness or prosperity for the majority.

The problem is difficult to summarize. But I'll try: The government is finding it difficult to deal with contemporary issues, even despite the technology at its disposal. Instead it has taken a path of emulating the Colonial solutions that upon reflection, could only work for the short term, after independence.
