This stock is very expensive. A mere dividend of 0.3 kes discourages investors. John 5:17 But Jesus replied, “My Father is always working, and so am I.”

For me scouting on Property returns area showed good performamnce and would encourage them to quickly finish the Britam Tower or keep paying for broken delivery promises. Yes, return on REITS very good. Any news of the Delivery of Tower to the market? Real Towers owned by Britam.Only tenant is AAR occupying half a floor. The rest of the building is empty. Britam Towers will also be empty;no tenants subscribed so far. IFC have in them an empty shell;that's why they have put a caveat for the owners not to exit and where did they get over 2 Billion income from rent?

New accounting rules saved them. Hopefully they were not too aggressive with their GPV. Investment philosophy development in progress...

Elliot wave principle has begun compelling this stock to follow its footsteps. 8/- on the offing. No PPT .The stock is left on a freefall! John 5:17 But Jesus replied, “My Father is always working, and so am I.”

Britam holds a significant chunk of HF. The HF results are nothing to write home about. 2017 banks start the FY in the rate cap era where Q1 results will give us a sneak preview on what awaits the banks. HF almost issue a profit warning in 2016. What will happen in 2017 with a dicey economy? IFC was not PPT but a bailout! $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

An actuary would explain it better than I can. But in short GPV assumes the insurer has a great eye and can see the future (more assumptions) while NPV doesn't assume the insurer knows everything that will happen in the future (less assumptions). Danger is where the insurer doesn't have the right data and talent to make these GPV assumptions. Investment philosophy development in progress...

Danger is where the insurer doesn't have the right data and talent to make these GPV assumptions. Those are my exact fears when it comes to GPV. Given the management standards witnessed in various firms in the NSE, whats to say that some ambitious crooks won't use the 'looser' guidelines to suppress the real numbers? They could do this 'legally' for years without being detected. The main purpose of the stock market is to make fools of as many people as possible.

As @karasinga tells us market markers are thieves. They've rallied this stock ahead of HFCK release of Q1 2017 results .Their aim was to exit before rupture and all out disruption by a huge drop of mortgage lender's earnings. John 5:17 But Jesus replied, “My Father is always working, and so am I.”
