@Kijiko

Mah you have are so real it hurts! ati i dont expect results in a month..... and am psyching myself up for results in weeks... but thanks for hitting reality back to me. will keep that in mind.

@kizee
honestly, i dont have any programmed diet. No breakfast in the morning. Tea with either bread or scones at 9 or 10. May or may not eat lunch - usually lunches are junks like meat pies, chapos with black coffee or herbal tea, sometimes biscuits etc dinner is always proper meals balanced diet ....unless it finds me eating muturas with alvaros somewhere......

Does this really work? what are the side effects? is it a prescription drug or off the counter? which pharmacies sell?

Can u do swimming? Swimming is one of the best exercises & weight-reduction ways known because it exercises all the muscles simultaneously and you burn fat faster than a Toyo VX burns fuel.

The closest i have come to a swimming pool (since the last time i was learning to swim and my then boyfriend attempted to drown me) is a pail of water.... the next one who offered to coach me couldn't be trusted not to pull off the oxygen pipe in deep sea either!(am joking) - am still looking for a good coach!

The Secret to lose weight is just to stop eating.Survive on water for like 2 or 3 days and by those 2 onlys only, you will have lost more than you need.

My other option is to subject yourself to stress.Stress does wonders.Do something that will make you stressed like ,.. i dont know but anything that will give u stress.
