Can a government exist without "free" citizen?


A government can exist with a majority of Zombie citizens. Maybe even governments enjoy having zombie citizens by default programing.

Freedom is something beyond citizenship. I'm thinking in terms of natural law and laws of tradition which are rights, that may be unrecognized in contemporary constitutions.

Thus providing a loophole for the worst kinds of abuses and oppression.

That we're seeing this kind of brutality on youth and accepting it as good, shows our zombie levels and backwardness as a people.
