Who is this Jayantilal Dharamshi Gosrani whom Kenol "owes" 99 million for breach of contract? Could he be another Devani? (or his long lost brother)
Kenol have been ordered to deposit 15 million for the appeal.
But the amounts involved are too little to affect Kenol. The big one is the 4.6 billion from KPC.
In fact Segman (who GG is too keen to see ascend to State House come 2012) is sure to be losing no sleep over this guy.

I suspect he is the guy who ran the KK station in Pangani near the Forest Road roundabout. If I remember the story well he violated the terms of his contract with KK and the latter put him out of business withholding supplies.

BTW, KK is up to 107/-... AGM in 2 days...
Did NSE/CMA approve the split? Coz it will be passed by the shareholders on 20th!

NSE/CMA approval is academic. What is critical is shareholder approval as this is special business for which a quorum and majority 'ayes' are required. BTW, since we are meeting at the Hilton, does that mean we are that few?

Average buy is 74 for quite a load,130 would be sensational.If only they could give us a peek into 1st quarter.
