He is an expert out there, lakini locally he is likely to lean towards ...... by the way he is one person whose opinion in elections i agree with coz he says it as it is. I remember the way he took us 'wazua' through counting of votes in Kericho Senate by-election and called it for JP quite early with clear supporting data
