These means that as investors,we should aim at investments returns of between 25%-30% per annum. Towards the goal of financial freedom

Stupid idea Bonus, overtime and other allowances should be taxed heavily since employers usually hide salaries as taxes. People's contracts in Inda are going to be revised, somebody will be earning a salary of 12K with 88K in allowances thus end up paying zero taxes If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

Found this article really intriguing... - 60% uptake of maize released from the Strategic Food Reserve which was released over a month ago. "Most millers have complained of high costs of transporting the commodity from NCPB depots in the North Rift to milling plants in other parts of the country." - GoK selling a bag of maize at Ksh. 3,000 yet prices in Eldoret have increased from Ksh. 3,200 to 3,800 while in Kisumu its at a shocking Ksh. 5,2000. - Treasury has also removed duty on imported maize for the next 4 months Despite all these measures by GoK prices "seem" to be heading North (sky is falling)...Drought has a major role but it's looking more like speculation is at play. You dont have to be great to START but you have to start to be GREAT!!!!!!!!
